The new 10.12 will be demoed next month, and since 10.7, Apple has only released five dot/dot updates for every version of OS X. This is likely the LAST dot/dot update for 10.11. You need to use the system for a day and run all the apps you normally use at least once, so those apps can rebuild their caches or update their settings.
